Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering brand visual standards across the store. You will drive Floorset execution, train staff, and ensure replenishment keeps the store looking fresh and guest-ready.

You’ll own day-to-day merchandising, monitor sell-through, and act quickly on opportunities to optimize product placement. AEO values teamwork, integrity, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• LeadFloorset execution through training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
