Job summary

HomeGoods, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a team-oriented Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service in our Cranberry Township store. You will help process deliveries, keep the sales floor stocked, and uphold our merchandising standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Prior retail and leadership exposure is preferred and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure customers have an excellent experience and store is clean and organized.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure accurate tagging and replenishment.
