Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervising duties.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without help.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and uphold service standards.
• Manage truck deliveries and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, and properly coded.
• Maintain store cleanliness and backroom organization.
