Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; organize sales floor and complete documentation per policy.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting hazards.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing, and zone organization; handle claims and returns.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards; support team with daily operations.
• Lead teams by coordinating work, providing feedback, and helping others adapt to change.
• Oversee club pickup orders, ensuring correct staging and policy adherence.
• Develop processes with managers and partners to meet business needs and address improvements.
• Promote ethics and integrity, and comply with Open Door Policy and company standards.
