Job summary

Sam's Club in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a store associate to deliver member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.

You will help supervise teammates, stock and merchandise, maintain safety, manage returns and pricing, and support the Open Door Policy while providing consistent service to members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Assist with purchases, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues.
• Stock, price, rotate, and organize merchandise while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Support supervision of associates, assign duties, train on processes, and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote Walmart and Sam's Club products and services and participate in open-door policy.
