Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring for a member-focused associate in Dickson City, PA. You will provide attentive service, assist customers with purchases, and help members identify needs.

You will supervise fellow associates, stock merchandise, and ensure safety and policy compliance across the sales floor. The role includes processing returns, organizing displays, and supporting store operations to deliver a great member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote products and services.
• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties and provide guidance.
• Receive and stock supplies, merchandise, and maintain sales floor.
• Ensure safety, conduct safety sweeps, and handle hazardous materials per policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, handle returns, pricing, and shrink control.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Lead teams, collaborate with managers and customers to meet business needs.
