• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members with self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues to promote Walmart products and services.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigns duties, trains associates, and ensures customer service standards are met.
