Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area; resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services; assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps; reports unsafe situations to management.
