Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members to support merchandising, inventory, and online orders. The Merchandiser role emphasizes building displays, stocking merchandise, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery when assigned.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, and uphold safety standards and alcohol laws while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage and support digital orders.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
• Provide friendly service, greet customers and inform about products.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol laws.
