Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and driving Floorset execution, updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You’ll train the Floorset team, push productivity goals, manage day-to-day merchandising, and partner with leadership to keep the store looking fresh while prioritizing guest experience and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates to reflect AEO Brand Standards.
• Train and coach the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh and guest-ready.
• Maintain a teamwork-focused environment to ensure the merchandising team understands brand standards and replenishment.
• Champion guest experience, recognizing wins with the team and upholding store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
