Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering top-notch guest experiences and flawless AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and oversee replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. You will collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities, maintain brand standards, and ensure stockroom and salesfloor areas are organized and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Ability to train and coach staff on floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead and coach floorset team, set productivity goals, execute floorsets across store.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, replenishment and adjustments.
• Foster a culture of recognition and teamwork among associates.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
