Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory by processing freight, stocking merchandise, and building displays.
• Support digital operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with pickup/delivery services.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws/regulations related to alcohol sales and keep a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and follow company policies and traffic laws.
