Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital operations like online orders and curbside pickup/delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; adhere to alcohol sale laws and maintain compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely; perform cross-functional duties as needed.
