Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Uphold store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change accurately per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and processes for floor ready merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Respond to safety concerns and maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
