• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise; keep backstock organized for replenishment.
• Coach and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles; monitor productivity.
