Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX family, is seeking team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll train Associates, ensure merchandise is tagged and organized, and collaborate with the management team to maintain store operations and safety.

Ideal candidates can work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures accurate tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Maintains backroom organization and stock rotation.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
