Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks team members to support receiving and merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help process merchandise efficiently, train associates, maintain store organization, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends in a busy off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and interact with customers.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensure backroom organization and stock replenishment.
• Promote safety and comply with labor policies.
