You will help organize back stock, train associates, and maintain store cleanliness and safety, working with management to prioritize tasks.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process merchandise efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and stocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate with management to align priorities and provide progress updates.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
