Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, with or without accommodation.
• Able to adapt to changes and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store standards.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and ensure merchandise moves efficiently to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are correctly tagged, hung, and coded and keep backroom organized.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor team productivity.
