Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience training Associates and leading a small team is a plus.
• One year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Coordinate truck delivery and replenish sales floor with merchandise.
• Uphold safety, labor, and policies while meeting store goals.
