Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Trainee in Alabama to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage cold equipment in customer accounts.

You will rotate products, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards while developing strong relationships with store personnel. A high school diploma or GED is required, 18+ with a valid driver’s license; a reliable vehicle is preferred. Home every night.

• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and maintain product integrity.
• Maintain neat backstock and rotate stock to company standards.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan.
