Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, stock shelves, and ensure product integrity across customer outlets. You will work with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior merchandising and English literacy are valued, along with safety compliance and neat

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and ensure product integrity and proper stocking.
• Maintain clean coolers, racks, and backstock according to Company standards.
• Collect breakage and out-of-date product for disposal and reporting.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates.
