Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. in Evergreen, AL is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee who will build displays, replenish inventory on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment, and ensure proper care of assets.

You will rotate and stock products, maintain neat backstock, work with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to a flexible Friday–Tuesday schedule starting at 6am until work is complete.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a rotating schedule.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves.
• Rotate and stock Coca-Cola and partner equipment at customer outlets.
• Maintain product integrity and keep coolers and racks clean.
• Collect breakage and out‑of‑date products and manage backstock.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver for outlet success.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
