Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Dothan, AL is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage stock on customer outlets, racks and coolers.

You will rotate products, maintain product integrity, assist with breakage, work with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle; CDL tuition program is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and store display building preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and ensure product integrity.
• Maintain organization of backstock, clean coolers, and shelves to company standards.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
