Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Tallahassee is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, replenish inventory on shelves, and ensure product integrity across accounts.

You will rotate stock, maintain clean coolers, collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver, and provide excellent customer service. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle; prior merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable vehicle required
• PPE as required and safety policies
• English literacy and professional appearance
• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience/training
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule
• Ability to handle customer issues and self-motivate
• Read/write basic instructions and present information
• Merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets and on equipment
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers/racks
• Organize breakage and out-of-date product
• Provide feedback on competitive threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver
• Establish positive customer relationships and deliver superior service
• Work with all functional team members
