Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee in North Alabama. You will build displays, replenish shelves, and manage equipment while ensuring product integrity across customer outlets.

The role requires weekend work and a 5am start, with a path for growth through training and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifying candidates are 18+, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with UNITED fleet policy
• Reliable vehicle
• Personal Protective Equipment required and safety compliance
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Smart appearance and safety awareness
• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule
• Ability to handle customer issues
• Self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Ability to read/write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly
• Basic math skills for all units of measure

Responsabilités

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and equipment
• Maintain product integrity and neat backstock
• Organize breakage and out-of-date product
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work with all functional team members
