Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser – Trainee to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage coolers and equipment at customer sites.

You will rotate products, maintain stock, and ensure product integrity while working closely with a Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to achieve success. The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to follow company standards for displays and backstock.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience.

Responsabilités

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and maintain product integrity.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan of success.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Track breakage and out-of-date products and report to leadership.
