Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage equipment at customer outlets. You will ensure product integrity, rotate stock, and maintain clean, organized displays in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and delivery teams, driving superior customer service, and maintaining safety and asset protection. Prior merchandising experience is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain neat professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Maintain safety and security of company assets.
• Utilize all company resources and technology.
• GED or high school diploma; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to respond to customer issues.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets and displays.
• Maintain product integrity and clean coolers according to standards.
• Organize and collect breakage or out-of-date product.
• Provide feedback on competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships and service.
