Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across Blytheville, AR and surrounding areas. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more, with daytime hours and a schedule that adapts around holidays.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $12.20 per hour with two raises in the first year, and a 401(k) with company match is offered.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older and able to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for job updates and training.
• Willingness to schedule weekends and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned routes, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work as needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
