Job summary

American Greetings is seeking Merchandisers to work independently across multiple retail locations in the Bossier City area, maintaining displays and inventory for greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and a starting hourly pay with periodic increases, plus 401(k) matching. Must be 18+, able to lift 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation. This is a part-time, on-site position serving various local stores.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates
• Technological competency to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily activity/tasks
• Meet scheduling needs - Occasional weekends and day before/after major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders and displaying products
• Communicate with management regarding service or schedules
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment using time management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours during holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets and minor fixture work
• Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload in stores using a company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
