Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to service key retail locations in Fayetteville, AR. The role focuses on displaying and maintaining greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods while managing inventory and backroom organization.

You will work on a part-time schedule with daytime hours and occasional extended hours around major holidays. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a team that helps celebrations come to life for customers every day.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Reliable transportation is required for multi-location routes.
• Reliable internet access for updates.
• Comfort learning and using a company-provided tablet.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route; merchandise and organize product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backrooms.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with effective time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Occasionally assist with store resets and fixture work.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
