Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a part-time in-store merchandiser to represent the brand at assigned stores. You will deliver excellent service to store teams and shoppers, follow merchandising standards, and capture display photos using DMI.

You will use an iPad to order products via Salesforce, implement promotional displays, and coordinate with store personnel. Must live near Kennesaw, GA and be available Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to varied store locations.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
Occasional push/pull over 50 lbs.
Live within 25–35 miles of Kennesaw, GA.
Schedule availability: Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.

Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad to maintain in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM‑negotiated store plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events
Communicate store‑level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, push, and pull products while maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles from the primary location: Kennesaw, GA
Schedule availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
