Job summary

Mondelēz seeks an in-store merchandising representative in Tempe, AZ to drive merchandising excellence and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will be the face of the brand, executing RTM plans and capturing display photos with DMI to ensure compelling presentations.

The role requires building strong relationships with store personnel, using Salesforce on an iPad to order product, and aligning with seasonal promotions and launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management.

Job description

• Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers


• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI


• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel


• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions


• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans


• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM


• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events


• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team


• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store floors and shelves while staying safe and compliant

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age


• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides


• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently


• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations


• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment


• Ability to meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs


• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs


• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus


• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Tempe, AZ


• Open availability including at least one weekend day and holidays as needed


• 6:00 AM start time
