Job summary

Mondelēz in Bowie, MD is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand with professionalism. Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence
• Capture display photos via the Digital Merchandising Initiative (DMI)
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with Retail Territory Manager-negotiated plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, and move product while maintaining safety and compliance

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides, U.S. passport, or federal ID
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Bowie, MD
• Schedule availability required: four weekdays and one weekend day
• Ability to use an iPad/tablet and applications to place orders, capture photos, and follow daily schedules
