Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts while following planograms and quality guidelines.

This role covers Conway, SC and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement for travel between stores. You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure proper merchandising and program execution.

Qualifikationen

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles returns of damaged/outdated stock.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, and opportunities.
