The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a Merchandiser to service multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts in the Gaffney, SC area, presenting products and following planograms to attract customers. The role involves safe handling and collaboration with store management and cross-functional teams.

This route includes mileage reimbursement for travel between stores, a 5:30am start, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Interview will be held at the Charlotte Sales office.

Formación

• Effective communication including listening, speaking and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work reliably with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from sales floor to cold vault and displays.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted.
• Rotates and merchandises coolers and displays on the sales floor.
• Maintains back room cooler and organizes stock by package and flavor.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and programs.
