Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Company provided cell phone is included.

Responsibilities

• Fills and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotates products and merchandises Fastlane items.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor; manages returns and damaged goods.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups, pricing discussions, and opportunities.
