Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts, following planograms and safety guidelines. mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores in the Greenville, NC area.

The role requires merchandising skills, the ability to lift, and effective communication with store management and cross-functional teams. Training is provided, and shifts vary across morning, afternoon, and evening.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelves per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates product across the display.
• Maintains back room by organizing, stacking and arranging products.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and discusses opportunities and programs.
