The Merchandiser position with Coca-Cola Consolidated services Wilmington NC and surrounding areas, merchandising products at customer locations and following planograms. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Present products to attract consumer attention at customer retail locations.
• Service and maintain multiple bulk accounts with merchandising and planograms.
• Move products from backroom to display and rotate stock as needed.
• Create and distribute point of sale materials and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and programs.
