Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) will present products to attract customers at our retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow safety and quality guidelines. You will communicate plan sets and coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams.

This route serves Camden and Lancaster SC and nearby areas; mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted. Rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, returning damaged/old product to the branch.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, pricing, programs and opportunities.
