Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, rotate stock, and communicate with store management to maximize product visibility across our Columbia, SC route and surrounding areas.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable performance, and strong communication skills to build

Qualificações

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product and returns damaged or outdated items.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up and collaboration.
