Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a Merchandiser to present products effectively at customer retail locations and to service multiple bulk accounts. You will merchandise approved products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores in Clayton, NC and surrounding areas. The role requires physical stamina for lifting, a valid in-state driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have clear communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages pallets and shells
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, programs, and opportunities
