Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser in Indiana. You will support store operations, merchandising, and online order fulfillment while delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.

Roles may include front-end tasks and occasional deliveries, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience, plus familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support online orders and curbside/delivery services.
• Greet customers, provide personalized service, and build product knowledge through training.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders if required and perform other duties as assigned.
