Job summary

Total Wine & More in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Store Team Member to support merchandising, inventory, and customer service across operations.

You will maximize product inventory, assist with online order fulfillment and curbside pickup, greet customers, learn product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and help maintain store safety and promotions. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with emphasis on compliance with alcohol laws and handling deliveries if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws.
