Total Wine & More in Noblesville, IN seeks Store Team Members (Merchandiser) to maximize product inventory, greet customers, and support online orders. You will help with freight, stocking, displays, signage, and curbside pickup while delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Role includes wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge, maintain store safety, and comply with alcohol regulations. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store and ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws.
