Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser at our Noblesville, IN location. You will greet customers, build product displays, and support online orders and curbside pickup.

You will learn wine, spirits, and beer offerings to better assist shoppers and maintain a safe, compliant store environment. You should have 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physically capable of lifting and being on your feet long hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as assigned.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
