Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser / Delivery Representative in Guaynabo, PR to support a leading fashion retailer. Pay ranges from $12.50 to $13.50 per hour, with shifts about 1–2 days per week, typically 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, depending on workflow.

You will deliver products, merchandise displays, and collaborate with store staff, reporting to management. The role favors self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable personal vehicle and a valid PR driver’s license.
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or delivery preferred.
• Ability to lift/move products and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fashion and accessory products to retail locations in the San Juan Metro Area using your own vehicle.
• Merchandise products in-store and keep displays well-stocked.
• Communicate with store personnel and report to management.
• Assist with product setup, restocking, and display maintenance.

What’s a typical day as Merchandiser / Delivery Representative? You’ll be:

• Delivering fashion and accessory products to retail locations throughout the San Juan Metro Area using your own reliable vehicle
• Merchandising products in-store, ensuring displays are visually appealing and inventory is well-stocked
• Communicating effectively with store personnel and reporting directly to management
• Supporting retail operations by assisting with product setup, restocking, and display maintenance

• Have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid PR driver’s license.
• Are dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Are comfortable working independently and engaging with retail staff.
• Have previous experience in merchandising, retail, or delivery.
