Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston seeks a Store Team Member ( Merchandiser ) to maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, and support online orders including curbside pickup. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in training to deliver a personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, adhering to alcohol sale laws, and assisting with deliveries if assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail settings preferred (1–3 years).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service and greet customers to inform about products and promotions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Handle curbside pickup and delivery support; assist with in-store operations.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
