Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to join our store team. You will maximize inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery when needed.

You will greet customers, offer product recommendations, participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. 21+ and flexible scheduling are required; experience with POS systems and inventory software is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely when delivery is an essential function.
