Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston seeks Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize inventory, and support online operations. Roles focus on merchandising but may include sales, front-end, or other duties; internally titled Merchandiser and reporting to store management.

You will greet customers, build relationships, stock displays, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize inventory, stock merchandise, and support online orders.
• Provide exceptional service, greet customers, and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of adverts, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety and alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is required.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed.
